Mr. Lee, Our Managing Director, is a fellow member of the Malaysian Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (“MAICSA”), one of the approved professional bodies set out under the Fourth Schedule of the Companies Act 2016 pursuant to Section 235(2)(a). He was a member of MAICSA’s Southern Region Liaison Committee and has been in public practice for over 33 years.
Ms. Manjie, our Director has over 25 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice accumulated throughout her career with professional service providers. She is an affiliate member of MAICSA and is licensed by Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”).
Ms. Kelly, our Manager has over 25 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice accumulated throughout her career with professional service providers. She is an affiliate member of MAICSA and is licensed by CCM. Prior to this, she was holding the position of Assistant Secretary in Chua, Woo & Lee Sdn. Bhd.
Ms. Juliet is an Associate member of MAICSA. Upon graduation from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College, Kuala Lumpur in the year 1995, she joined Signet & Co Sdn Bhd, Johor Bahru as Junior Secretarial Assistant. She left Signet & Co Sdn Bhd as Senior Secretarial Assistant in August 2002 prior to her present position as Company Secretary with CIS. She has over 25 years of relevant experience in all aspects of company secretarial practice.
Ms. Irene is an Associate member of MAICSA. She began her career in 1998 and has over 22 years of relevant experience in all aspects of company secretarial practice. She joined CIS in January 2018.
Ms. Shanie is an Associate Member of MAICSA. She holds a Diploma in Business Administration and an Advance Diploma in Business Management from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College. She began her career in 2007 and has over 13 years of relevant experience in all aspects of company secretarial practice. She joined CIS in November 2017.
Ms. Joy is an Associate Member of MAICSA. She holds a Diploma in Business Administration, an Advance Diploma in Business Management from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College and B.A. (Hons) Commerce, Liverpool John Moores University, United Kingdom. She also is a provisional member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM). She began her career with Tricor Corporate Services, Johor Bahru in 2012 and has over 8 years of relevant experience in various aspects of company secretarial practice. She joined CIS in early 2017.
